Smarting under the racism fiasco in the just concluded series against Australia, the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to put in place tough anti-racism measures for the India-Pakistan series with strong warning to the spectators of expulsion from the stadium.

In the Future cup series, Aussie batsman Andrew Symonds was subjected to racist chants. Taking cognisance of that incident the ICC have taken the matter very seriously.

The BCCI in its bid to make sure that no untoward incident happens this time around the BCCI has asked the hosting organisation Assam Cricket Association (ACA) to announce it to the spectators much before the match and series begins in Guwahati.

The public address system was used repeatedly to make announcement to this affect urging the spectators to behave or face ejection from the ground.

The ground policemen also have been asked to have a look for possible troublemakers and take necessary action swiftly.
