When Lankan skipper Jayawardene (20) was caught by his counterpart Mohammad Ashraful off Kapali, the Lankan innings derailed a bit as four wickets fell for 31 runs.

Now the battle for the other place in the final has been shifted to archrivals India and Pakistan, who clash on Wednesday in a crucial Super Four stage match.
An Indian win would end all the speculation about the title contenders as they, like Sri Lankans, have two bonus points and one more victory is enough to seal a place for the summit-show. |
