A 15-member England squad led by Kevin Pietersen for the seven-match one-day international series against India was announced in London today.

England and Wales Cricket Board selectors decided to include pacer Ryan Sidebottom in place of Tim Bresnan for the series to be held in India starting in November. This was the only change made to the side that beat South Africa 4-0 in the ODI series.

Sidebottom missed the one-day series against the Proteas due to injury.

The selectors also decided to retain the same squad for the Stanford Super Series Twenty20 match against an All-Star West Indies team.

The squad: Kevin Pietersen (captain), James Anderson, Ian Bell, Ravi Bopara, Stuart Broad, Paul Collingwood, Alastair Cook, Andrew Flintoff, Stephen Harmison, Samit Patel, Matt Prior (wicketkeeper), Owais Shah, Graeme Swann, Ryan Sidebottom and Luke Wright.
