Attributing Kevin Pietersen's leadership qualities to England's unexpected success against South Africa in the ongoing one-day series, all-rounder Andrew Flintoff today asserted that under the newly - appointed skipper this team is looking different.

''The dressing room is different. KP (Pietersen) is confident and that rubs off on us all,'' Flintoff said in London.

''We had some great times with (previous captain) Michael (Vaughan), but this dressing room is slightly different. 'As long as we keep working hard, I'm sure we can be a successful team,'' he added.

England took a unassailable 4-0 lead in the five match ODI series and is now only need to win the last and final one dayer tomorrow to leapfrog to number two in the ICC rankings.
