Needing 10 runs before the Tri-series final against India, the left-handed opener pulled Irfan Pathan for four to achieve the milestone at the Premadasa stadium in Colombo.
While Tendulkar has 13,642 runs from 348 matches, Inzamam has 10,933 from 344 ODIs. Ganguly, who reached the milestone in the third match of the ongoing Tri-series, has 10,011 runs to his credit from 273 one-dayers.
Jayasuriya, a former captain who started his one-day career in 1989-90, took 337 matches to join the elite list.
