Profile
Murali Kartik from an ideal action, delivers the ball with a nice loop. The ball comes down from a tantalising arc and very soon the batsman is in trouble, not knowing whether to play forward or back, unaware of what exactly the ball will do after pitching. For Kartik has the knack of pitching the ball on a length which is inconvenient for the batsman. Moreover the teasing flight and considerable bounce and turn he achieves causes enough problems. He is yet to make his ODI debut.
