Profile
Saeed Anwar has been Pakistan’s mainstay in batting. A very clean striker of the ball, Saeed is good on both sides of the wicket and seems to possess all the glory of the traditional left hander. After being in and out of the Pakistan team early in his career, Saeed is now a key member of Pakistan`s top order. Saeed also has the record of the highest runs scored by any batsman in an ODI. Although always a prolific limited overs run getter, Saeed`s Test career has not been that promising. He has managed to get over the initial glitches and has now developed his Test temperament immensely.
